The main reason for producing soaps in the hot method (unlike the cold method) is the ability to enrich the soap with other natural ingredients and control the type of free fat or oils (Super Fat) that nourish the skin so that contact with sodium (sodium) hydroxide - no longer exists in the heating process.
In the hot production method, Hasabonia creates a mixture of dissolved oils with water and sodium (sodium) hydroxide. Between 24-28 hours after mixing the ingredients and pouring them into the appropriate mold, the first part of the soap production process ends, the second part lasts 4 weeks during which the soap solidifies, loses all liquids, and is ready for use.
